Just today, a friend of mine invited us to visit him and his teammates @ the Eclipse 24/7 Gym in Shaw for a practice shoot while they did some grappling and the like.
It was an action-packed shoot as 12 strong and sweaty men practiced their different skills in mixed martial arts amongst each other.
